Q: Where do you ship and how long does delivery take?
A: We ship worldwide (except some remote Asian/island areas) via:
Standard Express: $12.95 flat rate, 10-15 days via DHL/FedEx
Free Economy: Free on orders over $50, 15-25 days via EMS
All orders process within 1-2 business days from our Baltimore warehouse.
Q: Do you offer expedited shipping for tournaments?
A: Our Standard Express option is ideal for time-sensitive orders with priority customs clearance. For urgent tournament prep, we recommend ordering at least 3 weeks before your event and selecting Express shipping.
Q: Who handles customs fees for international orders?
